    How do I create a task?

    Navigate to the dashboard and click on "Create Task". Select a location on the map, choose a category, and provide details about what you need help with.

    How does payment work?

    You'll pay an advance payment when creating a task. The remaining amount will be charged after the task is completed.

    Can I cancel a task?

    Yes, you can cancel a task before it's accepted by a helper. Please check our Terms of Service for cancellation policies.
