Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use TelepApp for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Keep your account information updated
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Tasks and Services

For Customers

When creating a task, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate task descriptions and locations
  • Pay the agreed-upon fees
  • Treat helpers with respect
  • Complete tasks in compliance with applicable laws

For Helpers

When accepting a task, you agree to:

  • Complete tasks as described
  • Arrive on time and communicate clearly
  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect customer privacy and property

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Advance payments are required to create tasks. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and may be issued in cases of:

  • Task cancellation before acceptance
  • Service not provided as described
  • Technical issues preventing task completion

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform
  • Collect user information without consent
  • Use automated systems to access the platform

Limitation of Liability

TelepApp acts as a platform connecting customers and helpers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of tasks performed. Users are responsible for their own actions and interactions on the platform.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
